Yliopistojen neuvotteluissa käsiteltiin palkkausjärjestelmän uudistamista

Työnantajia edustava Sivistystyönantajat ja palkansaajajärjestöt jatkoivat torstaina 14.12. neuvotteluja uudesta työehtosopimuksesta.

Tapaamisessa käsiteltiin etenkin työnantajan ehdotusta palkkausjärjestelmän uudistamiseksi. JUKO ja muut pääsopijajärjestöt tekivät tarkentavia kysymyksiä suunniteltujen muutosten tavoitteista ja sisällöstä. Tarkemmin palkansaajien tavoitteita ja ehdotuksia käsitellään seuraavassa kokouksessa.

Neuvottelut jatkuvat 19.12. Työaikamääräyksiin, muihin tekstikysymyksiin ja palkankorotusten tasoon keskitytään tammikuussa 2018.

Vid universitetsförhandlingarna behandlades förnyandet av lönesystemet

Förhandlingarna gällande ett nyt kollektivavtal mellan Sivistystyönantajat, som representerar arbetsgivaren, och löntagarorganisationerna fortsatte på torsdagen 14.12.
 
Under förhandlingen behandlades bl.a. arbetsgivarens förslag om en revidering av lönesystemet. FOSU och de andra löntagarorganisationerna kom med frågor gällande de planerade ändringarnas mål och innehåll. Löntagarnas målsättningar och förslag kommer att behandlas närmare under nästa möte.
 
Förhanlingarna fortsätter 19.12. Arbetstidsbestämmelserna, andra textfrågor samt löneförhöjningarnas nivå kommer att behandlas under januari 2018.

The employer introduced their thoughts on renewing the salary system 

The Association of Finnish Independent Education Employers (AFIEE), (which represents the Universities) and the JUKO, Trade Union for the Public and Welfare Sectors (JHL) and Federation of Salaried Employees (Pardia) which represent the employees, continued their collective bargaining December 14.

The main focus in these negotiations was on the modifications to the salary system, which were demanded by the employer. The employees’ side made several remarks and questions about the goals and the content of these demanded changes.

The collective bargaining continues December 19 with the employees’ side’s goals for the renewal of the salary system.

In the university sector negotiations, employees are represented by the JUKO, Trade Union for the Public and Welfare Sectors (JHL) and Federation of Salaried Employees (Pardia). JUKO represents more than 18,000 employees in the university sector.

The focus of the collective bragaining in January 2018 will be in the working hour instructions, other text modifications and the levels of the salary raises.
